You can schedule the email addresses to send digest of each inbox either on daily, weekly, or monthly basis. You can create disposable email addresses for newsletters, trials etc and I can pause or delete each inbox and start with a brand new one, whenever you need to! You can send anonymously from within the tool. You can create categorised email addresses which you can then filter into actions or buckets using email rules. The developer is always adding new features.

Paced Email is a great way to read your email without being overwhelmed by the sheer volume of emails that you have. It sends email digests, or summaries, on a regular basis so that you can keep up with what's going on in your inbox while still getting some work done. The option to choose frequency is very handy. Paced Email has been really helpful for me because it helps me stay focused and productive at work. I love how easy it is to use and the support has been awesome. Something you did not know you need until you use it.

Fantastic piece of software — it easily helps keep my inbox manageable by allowing me to set when I receive non-priority emails. I receive a digest at a specified time and it keeps everything nice and tidy.

I use this tool for notifications and it delivers all the notifications in a digest as per my schedule. So, instead of getting a lot of emails on daily basis, I received digests per day. This is one of the best investments I made. I highly recommend this software for everyday email use. You can filter all your nonessential emails in digests and still keep them in your email inbox. I didn't know how I could have lived without this marvelous tool! It lets me create multiple email accounts using paced email's own domain (paced.email) that I could use to subscribe to software trials, newsletters, and trial subscriptions of any kind, and never having to worry about getting any spam emails once I cancel those subscriptions by simply removing the emails from Paced Email! A Godsend tool indeed!

I currently have hundreds of mailboxes created in Paced Email. I don't give my real mail to practically anyone. So I really control what kind of emails I get and when I get them. And if something ceases to interest me, I lock them forever with a click.

Although tons of people push this as a temporary email box service, its true purpose in life is to keep your email box clutter-free by combining them into a daily, weekly, or monthly feed. This right here is the only reason I purchased this.
